FC 25 Beta: What You Need to Know

I get asked this question every year... is there a beta? Is there an FC 25 beta? How does one get access to FUT in the beta?

Well, the beta went live on the 6th August and you can still get a code to play!

FC 25 Closed Beta Details

The closed beta for FC 25 runs from 6th August to 27th August, starting and ending at 6 pm BST. Those lucky enough to snag a beta code will be able to explore various game modes, which may vary depending on the specific code received. Available modes include Ultimate Team, Kick-Off, Seasons, Online Friendlies, and Clubs. Additionally, players can try out the new Rush mode within Ultimate Team and Clubs.

Codes will get sent out throughout the course of the beta to invite even more players to play, so make sure you head to your privacy settings and sign up for email marketing to be eligible to receive a code! You cannot get one without this setting turned on.

I also have heard that if your friend has a code and doesn't want to use it, they can give you the code and you'll get access as they aren't account locked. Take this with a pinch of salt though!

Remember, you are not allowed to stream, record, take photos or even talk about the beta. It's a bit rubbish, I know, but that's the rules EA Sports set with their closed beta. So if you don't want to get in trouble, make sure you follow them.

Early Access to FC 25

As players will start playing FC 25 and FUT especially, people will be getting excited. So you might be wondering about how you can play EA Sports FC 25 early? Well, here's the answer!

There are two main ways to get early access to FC 25:

1. Pre-order the Ultimate Edition: Pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition grants you seven days of early access, allowing you to play from 20th September.

2. Subscribe to EA Play: EA Play members can play FC 25 for up to 10 hours starting 20th September. EA Play Pro members get full, unrestricted access from the same date. Game Pass subscribers, which include EA Play, also benefit from this 10-hour early access window.

FC 25 Tips and Tricks

Playing the beta is a great way for me and yourselves to get an understanding of what to expect in terms of the META on FC 25, learn all the new features and so on. So if you are wanting to get some tips and tricks for FC 25, pay attention when playing.

Actively noticing what other players are doing, how people are scoring, defending, what skill moves they are using and so on will get you a competitive advantage once the game releases.
